I got to experience the gifts of a very special trainer from Hamburg, Germany right from the comfort of my home. Ann Christiansen is a master at her craft! She delivers the Nia material in a totally quirky, fun, and very supportive way. She is teaching online belts all summer long. If you would like to take her regular classes, she provides a recording you can enjoy later which helps with the time change. I highly recommend spending any time you can in her presence.
