Excited to start teaching Nia again in Cary! I am so grateful for my Cary students that dance with me on zoom but there a bunch that are ready for in-person classes. I look forward to adding back another opportunity for dancing Nia in this area. For Ages 55+

Fall Sessions at Cary Senior Center

November 8–December 20 NO CLASS December 6

  • Nia Mondays, 10:00 a.m.–10:50 a.m.

  • Cary Senior Center Raleigh Room

  • 6 Class Session $29 (residents) $38 (non-residents)

  • Drop-Ins available.
