ONE Awesome Routine

Nia

For the next two weeks I am teaching the Nia routine, ONE, at the YMCA and on Zoom! The focus is on the connecting to hands and feet while dancing to sense systemic movement. I love the conditioning my shoulders are receiving with the new signature move in this routine called "blossom." You will be able to tell what move I am referring to in the ONE video below.

This video project was created by our new head of marketing at Nia HQ, Christina Wolf. It is fantastic! The project inspired me to learn ONE before the year was over. It is perfect timing for sensing our connection around the world through Nia.
